The RRVE HOA proposed picnic has been postponed.

Slash Pickup Update

The Definition of Slash is Cut Vegetation, which includes: Tree branches (cut into 6-foot lengths), Brush, and Twigs. Slash is NOT: Logs, stumps, lumber, fence posts! Our neighborhood looks great. The RRVE Membership voted NO to short term rentals/B&B’s. The RRVE Board continues to monitor this situation. Slash pick-up till the end of April. 2026 RRVE HOA Dues and Late Fees

Paying your RRVE Homeowners Association (HOA) dues on time is crucial to avoid unnecessary fees and maintain good standing within our community. For 2026, the yearly HOA dues of $60 for the year, must be paid by January 31st. If payments are not received by March 1st, a $10 late fees will be to be applied to your account every month till payed in full.
